Rule of Conduct
Pay attention to the well-known cough and sneeze etiquette. Please observe the minimum distance rule of 1.50m for your and our protection. If you experience waiting times, please remain patient.

Should you have to depart earlier due to a positive test result, please note that the cancellation conditions of your booking still apply.
Highest Hygiene Standards
You will find disinfectants at the hotel entrance and in public areas. At the reception desk we have installed a glass protection. We have comprehensively trained our hotel staff on the current hygiene measures. They keep their distance and strictly follow the official guidelines and regulations.
Meetings
Meetings and seminars are possible. Our conference room has windows that can be opened. The tables are cleaned with disinfectant before the start of the conference and at the end of the conference. There is enough space in the Lützow Lounge so that seminars are currently taking place.
